Little Ghosts for Little Ghouls: A Halloween treat

To make these ghosts, all you need are 3 key items!
1. Tootsie Pops
2.Coffee Filters
3.Twine (Thin)

How to make the Halloween Treat:
1. Fold the coffee filter over the tootsie pop.
2.Tie a small bow around the lollipop to secure. 
3. Draw eyes/faces on with a sharpie to your liking!
